How long will it take to receive my apparel?

 All items are made custom to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the production of your items. Shipping time will vary depending on selection of service at check out. Total delivery time can range from 10-14 days. 

How does the apparel fit?

 All item listings include information in their descriptions regarding the "fit" as either unisex or women's. Unisex fits are considered similar to retail men's fits. At this time, apparel is exclusively relaxed styles. Any changes will be advertised as appropriate. For specific sizing measurements, please see sizing.  

What is the best way to care for my apparel?

 All garments will be arrive with care instructions attached to the item. Please review the manufacturer's intended care instructions for each item you receive. 

Please be aware that items will be produced, sold and delivered unwashed. Shrinkage may occur depending on method of laundering. With all garments, drying on heat settings may exacerbate shrinkage. To retain the size of item at receipt, hang or line dry. 

Do not iron directly on heat transfer artwork. Embroidered designs may be ironed directly when wrinkled. 

Why does the fabric around my design look different?

To customize our items, we use a commercial, heated pressure device at 375 degrees or an embroidery machine. The heat or tension from the embroidery machine required to apply the design may cause what we call "shock" to the new, unaltered fabric. We do not launder items before sending, therefore they may ship with some bit of shock. It will remove after laundering or by rubbing with a soft, damp cloth over the area. 

Can I return my apparel?

Due to the custom nature of products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on apparel or gift cards. Please ensure to read the provided product descriptions and review all information materials provided on this website completely and entirely. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
